Junius Currier is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Operations at Maximus, where he leads high-impact hiring strategies across the Federal IT portfolio. With more than 15 years of experience in government contracting recruitment, Junius has built and scaled high-performing sourcing and recruiting teams focused on cleared and technical talent.

He is a nationally recognized thought leader in the recruiting industry, with speaking credits at ERE, RecruitingDaily, SourceCon, RecruitDC, and HRTX. He also co-hosts the GovCon Heroes: Talent Unleashed podcast, where he shares practical insights on federal hiring, sourcing innovation, and talent strategy. As a member of the ClearanceJobs Customer Advisory Board, Junius helps shape industry best practices around cleared candidate engagement.

Junius specializes in strategic workforce planning, proposal-based staffing, talent intelligence, employer branding, and veteran hiring.
