Clint Hawkins

Clint Hawkins is the Vice President of Client Services at GEE Group, where he oversees recruiting operations across a diverse portfolio of staffing agencies. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Clint has placed hundreds of professionals into meaningful roles and has become a trusted mentor to both job seekers and recruitment teams.

Clint began his career in the technology sector, joining General Motors’ eCommerce division shortly after college. His passion for connecting people with the right opportunities led him to pivot into recruiting, where he quickly discovered his calling.

Today, Clint is known not only for his deep industry expertise but also for his dedication to guiding others through the often frustrating job search process. He regularly shares faith-centered career advice and leads a men's support group at his church in Austin, Texas. Outside of work, Clint is a proud father of three teenagers and finds joy in teaching, mentoring, and building up others.
