Benjamin Sheffield has spent the bulk of his career serving roles in and around the jobs sector, beginning with global leader Careerbuilder serving multiple roles with the organization in the late 2000s and early 2010s before transitioning into a recruiter's desk of his own in 2014.
Across the last decade, he has serviced clients ranging from Fortune 50 brands to start-ups with talent spanning all career levels and many professional sectors, with over 400 individuals placed in positions ranging from entry level roles into the executive suite. He hosts a monthly webinar series (Last Friday Job Party) that caters toward helping job seekers of all industries and backgrounds in developing and executing upon winning strategies in their job search.
In addition to his work in the recruitment space, Benjamin serves on the Executive Leadership Council for Autism Speaks, where he is currently a co-chair of the board in Atlanta. The autism space holds a very special place in his heart, as he is the father of a young son on the spectrum.
He lives in the Atlanta, Georgia area with his wife and son.
